What does that actually mean?

Muscle building, pain, weight loss or mental blocks - the reasons why people come to personal training are complex and individual. The goals are as individual as the reasons. However, most people often go around in circles and keep falling back into old patterns. Despite various training approaches, there is hardly any change in posture and movement patterns. Pain, tension and injurynctions that were once resolved return. Nutritional concepts and diets are only successful for a short time and cannot be implemented in the long term. Recurring fears and blockages as well as problems falling asleep and staying asleep occur again and again despite various relaxation techniques. Due to the complexity and interplay between physical and psychological, body and spirit, it is always important to see the big picture. Therefore, my concept is aimed at concentrating less on the symptoms and more on the causes, identifying weak points and systematically resolving them. In this type of deficit training, which takes a holistic approach, I concentrate on the core areas listed below and bring them into harmony.
